He had been president and executive VP, Asia Pacific Middle East and Northern Europe. Green joined the company in 2007 as executive VP, leading the Asia Pacific Region. Green also led the development of ManpowerGroup’s Borderless Talent Solutions. Green previously served as CEO for several mobile/data communications companies, including Tata Teleservices, J-Phone (Vodafone Japan) and Global Crossing Japan. Green speaks fluent Japanese and is a director of the Japan Staffing Service Association (JASSA).

She has won multiple awards and was named to SIA’s Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing list in 2021. Gibbs was also appointed to lead the UK government’s Supplier Diversity workstream.

Rosario Rasizza, CEO of Openjobmetis, started his career in 1997 when he opened his first agency in Varese under the Temporary S.p.A. brand of Milan. In 2001, he was asked by a group of entrepreneurs to guide the launch of a new employment agency, which saw the birth of Openjob S.p.A. With his guidance, Openjob S.p.A. developed quickly between 2003 and 2011 due to various acquisitions, the most recent in March 2011 (Metis). In 2008, he was appointed Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana (Order of Merit of the Republic) as well as chairman of Assosomm (National Association of Employment Agencies).

With Lorien, Kelly has sold and delivered large-scale managed service and recruitment process outsource solutions for the likes of Fujitsu, Monitise, Phoenix and KPMG. Étienne Colella is chairman of PIXID Group, a VMS provider headquartered in France. The firm, which he founded in 2004, offers an SaaS application compliant with the European regulation for providing and using temporary staff. In 2015, private equity fund Keensight Capital took a majority stake in the company to help it become a leading player in the European market. PIXID bought The Internet Corp. (UK) in 2017 and Carerix (Netherlands) in 2018 to strengthen its value proposition by adding a sourcing component and expanding its operations in Europe. Previously, Colella spent 14 years in the IT industry in various senior positions. Colella graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
