Hahn joined Germany’s board as COO in 2008 and the group’s executive board in 2018. He began his career in 1997 at Ascena, which was acquired by Hays in 2003. Hahn holds an MBA from the University of Tübingen in Tübingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Valued at $1.7 billion in June 2022 during its series D funding round, Multiverse has partnered with more than 500 employers to train nearly 9,000 young adults and those looking to reskill. Blair previously had been UK CEO of the staffing and recruiting firm Sarina Russo Group. This year, Blair was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire, or MBE, for services to education.
