Jaoui has led the group’s external growth strategy in the US market and engaged it in corporate social responsibility. She has also been on the board of directors of Prism’emploi, the French staffing association, and an executive council member of MEDEF.

President Andreu Cruañas has led Asempleo, Spain’s 73-member association of employment agencies and temporary employment agencies, since its inception in 2013. The association aims to develop and expand the temporary work industry in Spain and to promote rigorous compliance control with legislation and good practice. Cruañas has also been an executive committee member of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) since 2013. Cruañas became a governing body member of the World Employment Confederation in June 2020.

As deputy general manager and CFO, Yvon Drouet oversees finance and investment at global staffing firm Synergie and plays a key role in the group’s expansion efforts. Paris-based Synergie ranks as the sixth-largest staffing firm in France. It also ranks as the 18th-largest in the world, operating in 17 countries with 770 branches. In 2021, Synergie increased its stake in DCS Easyware, a digital services company based in Lyon, France, to 100% from 66%. DCS operates in France, Belgium and Spain.

President and CEO Thierry Geffroy has been with France-based Samsic RH since 1992.
