Adrian Adair joined the UK’s largest engineering staffing rm, Morson Group, in November 2011 as operations director and was promoted to chief operating officer in October 2018. A strategic leader, Adair has played a pivotal role in creating the group’s recruitment process outsourcing solution, bringing new value-adding services to market, developing the next generation of Morson talent and enabling overseas expansion in Australia and North America via organic growth and acquisition. As a passionate advocate and ally, Adair is working on several diversity, inclusion and digital poverty initiatives to enable opportunities for all and create positive change in the industry and beyond.
