Already a provider with more than 8,000 employees in 12 countries, Jaoui led Groupe Crit to €2.34 billion in 2022, an increase of 15% year over year, alongside net income growth of 54%.

The group focuses on creating software to support all facets of recruiting, selecting, contracting and managing permanent and temporary employees. Nétive is a partner of JINC and its Boss of Tomorrow programme, which provides a taste of professional success to children growing up in socio-economically disadvantaged areas.

Sven Hennige joined the staffing industry in the late 1990s and started at Robert Half in 1999, where he is now the senior managing director of Central Europe and France. Over the last 18 months, Hennige has been integral in further establishing and gaining market share in Germany, which was done in conjunction with Robert Half’s management consulting business, Protiviti. The result of these actions led to the most successful year in the company’s history in Germany. Going forward, Hennige plans to use the strong joint market approach to further establish the business in France and Switzerland.

Since 2007, Even Hagelien has served as director of staffing industry for the Norwegian Federation of Service Industries and Retail Trade (NHO SH). He also sits on the global board of the World Employment Confederation. In his tenure, Hagelien has co-founded the Nordic Network for staffing federations in 2011 and chaired the WEC Economic Affairs Committee from 2015-2022. He was re-elected to the WEC board for three more years in 2022. Further, Hagelien recently created an ambassador programme to meet politicians at national and local levels to advocate for the staffing industry.

A champion of DE&I, Gibbs sits on the Council for Women Business Enterprise, is Ambassador for the Minority Supplier Development UK and was appointed to an advisory leadership role for the UK’s supplier diversity workstream within the cabinet office.
