ISIS funded the buy in/management buyout of the firm in 2000 and introduced Hogarth as finance director. Hogarth helped float the firm on AIM in 2004 and has been chief executive since 2003. He is a certified neuro-linguistic programming coach.

Prior to his current role as CEO, Saoulli was group board director of the company where he coordinated strategy, sales and marketing. Phillip Ullmann is seeking systemic change and a new vision for capitalism as “chief energiser” at Cordant Group. He has led the company for 23 years and in 2017 converted Cordant to a social enterprise focused on putting people before profit and influencing the world of work to help people lead more meaningful lives. Last year, the company influenced some of its large clients to adopt a living wage rather than a minimum wage. It also rolled out apprenticeships and supported a significant amount of work to eliminate modern slavery. The group had revenue of more than £870 million and placed 125,000 workers last year, mostly in minimum wage roles.

Watson was presented this year with an honorary doctorate from Aston University for her contribution to the development of employment opportunities for people from all sectors of the community.
