Alex Mulder has been a supervisory board member of USG People NV since 2006. As the founder of Unique Uitzendbureau in 1972, he is also effectively the founder of USG People, of which he was chairman and chief executive officer up to 2006. It was during his tenure that the acquisition of Belgian staffing group Solvus was successfully completed.
Hans Ploos van Amstel joined The Adecco Group as CFO and a member of its executive committee in 2015. Before joining The Adecco Group, he was CFO of Cofra Group from 2009 to 2013, before acting as co-CEO of C&A Europe for a transition period until 2015. He started his career in finance at Procter & Gamble in the Netherlands in 1989. Between 1992 and 2003, he held positions of increasing responsibility in Procter & Gamble across Saudi Arabia, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland. In 2003, he joined Levi Strauss & Co. in Belgium as VP of finance and operation Europe, and moved to the US as global CFO in 2005.
Ineke Kooistra has been the CEO of YoungCapital, a Dutch recruitment agency, since 2013. She has more than 25 years of experience in the recruitment and secondment industry. Kooistra has also set up and expanded various specialist roles within the IT staffing market. Her role as CEO is to get people moving in the right direction and to motivate and coach them. She likes to be a facilitator to her employees and describes her style as “servant leadership,” saying: “Tell me what I can do to help you.”
As managing corporate executive officer at Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd., Rob Zandbergen leads Recruit group’s global staffing business unit, RGF Staffing. Headquartered in the Netherlands, RGF Staffing is one of the world’s leading HR service providers, with annual revenue of approximately US$12 billion. Previously, Zandbergen was CEO and CFO of the publicly listed USG People. Active in the staffing sector since early 2003, Zandbergen has held various international and national executive and supervisory positions at publicly listed companies. Under his leadership, the staffing business of Recruit and the activities of USG People were successfully combined in a global business unit as part of the Recruit group network.
Based in Switzerland, Dinette Koolhaas leads operations and oversees growth strategies across Europe, Russia, Mexico and Brazil as president of Kelly International, a role she assumed in July. Formerly, she was VP and managing director, EMEA. Throughout her tenure at Kelly, Koolhaas has played a crucial role in the EMEA region’s ability to deliver solid returns, developing strong teams and implementing flexible operating models that enable the region to contribute more profit to Kelly’s bottom line.
