Anna-Karin Hatt is the newly appointed CEO of Almega, the employer and trade organisation representing Sweden’s services sector. With nearly 75% of the country’s economically active population working in the services sector, the company offers expertise in negotiations, pay scales, contracts, working environments, labour law, and many other aspects of employment. Prior to joining Almega, Hatt was a politician representing Sweden’s Centre Party. She served as minister for IT and energy under Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt between 2011 and 2014.

Maria Raffaella Caprioglio is president of Umana SpA, the fifth-largest staffing firm in Italy with more than 130 branches throughout Italy. She joined Umana in 1998, and in 2001 joined Umana’s board of directors. Caprioglio became VP in 2007 and president in 2012. Caprioglio’s career took off when, at the age of 23, she joined what was then known as the Industrial Association for the province of Venice, becoming the first woman to hold office within that organisation. Caprioglio is a member of the general council of industrial association Assolombarda Confindustria Milano and is a member of its ICT Group Council and Business Services committee.

Donovan also published “The Future of the HR Profession”, a study sponsored by the Society for Human Resource Management.

With 2018 revenue of €2.50 billion, Groupe Crit now has a presence in 13 countries, 8,700 permanent employees and 30,000 corporate customers. Maesen in 2020 became CEO of Actief Interim, the group’s brand in Belgium, bringing leadership experience as former CEO of Sara Lee. In 2015, he became CEO of Actief Group. The company has continued to expand and make acquisitions and now employs more than 20,000 temporary workers on a daily basis. Maesen is also closely involved with the Private Art Support Foundation, which collects, preserves and discloses works of art by Belgian artists.
