Rob Zandbergen is CEO of Recruit Global Staffing, headquartered in The Netherlands. Known as USG People until January 2018, Recruit Global Staffing is responsible for managing all Recruit Group’s staffing activities. He became CEO of USG People in 2010 after serving as CFO since Zandbergen was CFO of Belgian staffing group Solvus between 2003 and 2005, when the company was acquired by USG People. Zandbergen is a member of the supervisory board of the Dutch Flower Group and was appointed to the supervisory board of Dutch energy company Eneco Holding in March 2015.

In 2020, Paul Jacquin co-founded Taptrove Ventures, which invests in WorkTech startups, providing solutions to boost productivity, enable a distributed workforce and improve professional journeys. He is also managing partner of the Randstad Innovation Fund, which he co-founded in 2014 to invest in social sourcing, online platforms, mobile solutions, virtual solutions, gamification and big data analytics. It has since invested in 20 companies and deployed close to €50 million. In the past year the fund grew more than 50% in annual recurring revenue and added US-based firms ZapInfo and This is Alice, as well as ValidatedID in Spain to its portfolio.

Following the merger, Blockley became CEO in January 2019, overseeing the brand on a global basis. Guidant Global provides more than 220,000 contingent worker assignments in the field on behalf of 100-plus clients across 80 countries.

A USA-qualified chartered accountant, Paul Venables started his career at Deloitte & Touche, where he was a senior manager in its USA practice. This was followed by a 13-year career at Exel plc, where he held a number of senior finance and operational roles, including deputy group finance director, and was a member of the executive board of Exel plc and chairman of its Acquisitions and Project Review Board. Following the acquisition of Exel plc by Deutsche Post, Venables worked in its DHL Logistics division before joining Hays plc. Venables was also senior independent nonexecutive director of Wincanton plc. until July 2015.

Gary Elden, CEO of SThree, was awarded by the queen in 2016 with an Officer for the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in recognition of his services to diversity in business. A year earlier he won the prestigious Black British Business Person of the Year award.

Elden has been CEO of SThree since January 2013, after serving as its deputy CEO since May 2012. Before that, Elden was SThree’s chief strategy officer. He has held a number of senior positions, including that of founding managing director of Huxley Associates. As chief strategy officer, he was responsible for the expansion of the group’s international operations and non-ICT disciplines. Elden joined SThree’s IT recruitment brand, Computer Futures, as a recruitment consultant in 1990.
