Jean-Philippe Papin is general director of France-based Actual Leader Group, established in November 2018 after the merger of temporary employment firms Groupe Actual and Leader Intérim. He had been CEO of the latter, which he founded in 1992. The combined group is now the seventh-largest staffing firm in France. Earlier this year, the group acquired France-based HR services firm Ressources RH Group. Also this year, Flexfamily, owned by Actual Leader Group, acquired Evolon, a Dutch-based training provider. Actual Leader has 2,300 internal and 135,000 temporary workers in a network of more than 470 agencies in Europe.

Today, the group offers technology solutions as much as talent solutions, leading to a name change from Harvey Nash Group to Nash Squared. President and CEO Thierry Geffroy has been with France-based Samsic RH since 1992. In 2010, he became president with the strong ambition to design a global service offering in the management and development of human resources. Under Geffroy’s leadership, Samsic acquired a majority stake in recruitment services firm Sellick Partnership and made two acquisitions in Ireland and Morocco, its first expansion into the African continent. Today, Samsic RH is one of the major players in the employment sector in France and operates all across Europe.

Phaidon International CEO, Harry Youtan understands the importance of being able to adapt with an industry. Jon Ball has served as CEO of Sanderson for two years. He joined the group in 1996 as a trainee recruitment consultant and steadily worked his way up to chief executive in 2020. James Saoulli is CEO of Rullion, a UK-based family-owned recruitment and workforce solutions consultancy.
