Herman Nijns is CEO of Randstad Group BeLux and general director, Nordics. He is also president of the World Employment Confederation – Europe, a regional organisation that represents the European staffing industry, and a member of the supervisory board of Federgon, the Belgian staffing industry association. Randstad Group Belgium in December 2021 acquired recruitment and consulting services provider Hudson Benelux, which expanded its portfolio and provides access to new growth opportunities. With the diversification of its services, Randstad Group Belgium now offers six different services to companies: staffing; professionals; recruitment and selection; MSP and RPO recruitment; outplacement; and career development and HR consulting.

Felipe Navío is co-CEO of digital temporary job platform Jobandtalent, which he co-founded in 2009 in Madrid with the goal of fundamentally tearing down the barriers of job searching and hiring. One of the fast-growing companies in the industry today, Jobandtalent in December 2021 announced a $500 million funding round backed by leading investors such as SoftBank and Kinnevik, followed by a major debt facility with Goldman Sachs and Citi in May. The company has also expanded to new markets and announced three acquisitions this year. In 2021, Jobandtalent placed more than 200,000 people in jobs and is on track to double this figure in 2022.

As president of the administrative board at persona service, Melanie Vinci is responsible for the operational business of the 217 persona service branches in Germany and the development of recruitment services, especially in the commercial specialist and management area. After joining as a personnel dispatcher in 2013, Vinci worked her way up through the company and attained her current position in January. In 2021, persona service strengthened its market position in Germany by ranking third on the Lünendonk list. In addition to preserving persona’s corporate DNA, Vinci and her team are driving digital transformation to adapt to the modern work era.

Coppens is also a nonexecutive board member at Colruyt Group, La Lorraine Bakery Group and Euronext in Belgium. In 2004, he cofounded academic publisher Mare Nostrum Group, which he leads as CEO and is now parent to Neptune RH. In 2019, the group began trading publicly. Mare Nostrum recently acquired Uni’TT and HR consulting firm L’Agence Unique. In 2021, Cuynat oversaw the firm grow its full year revenue by 26%.
