Barberis, who speaks five languages, reports directly to Chairman and CEO Jonas Prising and is on ManpowerGroup’s executive leadership team. He currently serves as board member of Junior Achievement Europe; he had also served as VP of Assolavaro, the Italian staffing industry association, and was president of ManpowerGroup’s Human Age Institute. He joined ManpowerGroup in 1998 and has held numerous leadership positions in Europe and Latin America, including country manager for ManpowerGroup Italy.

Pham is also closely involved in the company’s partnership with Proxite, an association dedicated to empowering vulnerable young people by providing employment opportunities. As the first staffing agency in France to buy a parcel on Sandbox, a decentralised, community-driven platform in the metaverse, Mistertemp’ group has opened new doors of possibilities to attract, retain and select the right talent.

Gibbs supports the Women of the Future Ambassadors Programme and sits on the advisory board for Mosaic Prince’s Trust. She has won multiple awards and was named to SIA’s Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing list in 2021. Gibbs was also appointed to lead the UK government’s Supplier Diversity workstream.

Under Rasizza’s leadership, Openjobmetis in the first half of 2022 completed the integration and reorganisation process for the Quanta Group with the merger of Quanta S.p.A. into Openjobmetis and the merger of Quanta Risorse Umane S.p.A. into Openjob Consulting S.r.l. The company also improved its Sustainalytics ESG Risk Rating this year to 10.4 points from 12.5 points, placing it among the top HR firms ranked by the organisation. Rasizza looks forward to a year full of new challenges in 2023.

He was appointed to his current role following the 2018 merger of Poolia with Uniflex, which he led as CEO. Recently, the group acquired SaaS recruitment platform Workspace Recruit, which Pion offers to its clients so they have a GDPR-compliant system when they recruit without external help. Pion also recently launched a tech consultancy firm, Qrios. Bengtsson plans to grow the company as well as all the people involved including clients, contingent talent and internal employees. Bengtsson is also a board member of the Swedish staffing employer organisation Kompetensföretagen.

In the past year, AMS launched its TalentLabs solution aimed at upskilling clients’ technology capabilities.
