Sergey Salikov is CEO of ANCOR Holding, one of the largest recruitment and staffing services companies in Russia and the CIS countries. Salikov joined ANCOR in 1994 and was appointed the director of ANCOR Far-East regional office in Vladivostok the following year. In this new role, he successfully formed the Eastern division and added Irkutsk and Khabarovsk offices to the ANCOR network.

Since moving to Moscow in 2004, Salikov has held a number of senior positions and was also appointed to the management board. Under his leadership, the company has increased its client base, diversified and extended its product line, and become nationally recognised.

Dave Chaplin is the founder and CEO of contracting authority ContractorCalculator, which he established in 1999, and CEO of UK-based tax compliance firm IR35 Shield, which enables firms, agencies and contractors to remain compliant with the Intermediaries Legislation (IR35) and off-payroll legislation. Chaplin is the author of the Contractors’ Handbook, Third Edition and more recently IR35 & Off-Payroll – Explained. He assists with IR35 tax tribunals, has consulted on many occasions for HMRC and advises politicians and government bodies on freelance tax matters. He is prolifically quoted in the trade and national press.

Adrian McGennis is CEO of Sigmar Recruitment group. He was originally a founder director of Sigmar in 2002 and led the management buyout in 2009. Previously he was managing director for Ireland with Marlborough Plc (Group t/o €70m), where he successfully managed the Irish business from its inception in 1993 until 2001. McGennis had a key involvement in two of Ireland’s most successful job creation support schemes, being a co-founder of Ireland Gateway To Europe and chairman of National Employment Week. He is a regular commentator on employment, recruitment and business issues in the press across different channels.

Patrick Tiessen is founder and CEO of Nétive, the largest VMS provider based on Salesforce.com in the Benelux. Founded in 2003, Nétive started with two customers and has grown to more than 200 customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Finland and the UK. Nétive focuses on creating the best possible cloud software to manage contingent workforces and recruit permanent staff within one single solution. Before Nétive, Tiessen worked as international IT manager at Kelly Services for eight years. In 2010, Nétive acquired Brightbox HR, the first freelancer management system in Europe, and in 2012 it acquired a VMS solution for SAP customers.

Simon Coton has been with NES Global Talent for over 20 years and in that time has built up a wealth of experience across the workforce spectrum. He has led NES operations as COO since 2008 and oversees the entire global recruitment function. Coton has been a key part of the executive team, delivering the sale of NES to AEA investors in 2012 and securing six acquisitions since 2014. Under Coton’s leadership, NES Global Talent has expanded its overseas operations to 58 locations and grown its turnover to over $1 billion.

Appointed president of ASEMPLEO, the association of private employment agencies in Spain, in 2013, Andreu Cruañas represents the organisation in both Eurociett and CIETT. He is a member of the executive committee of CEOE (Confederation of Employers and Industries of Spain), has sat on the boards of CEOE and CEPYME (Spanish Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises) since 2013, and is a member of the General Council of the Spanish Employment System (Ministry of Employment and Social Security) and the Central Executive Committee of the Public Employment Service of Spain. In his career, Cruañas has alternated between roles in the public and private sector and was formerly the Secretary of Labour and Employment and Director General of Employment of the Catalan Government.

ManpowerGroup Solutions RPO has been named a global leader by industry analyst Everest Research Group for eight consecutive years. Before joining ManpowerGroup in 2008, Donovan was a senior VP with Veritude, which she led into recruitment process outsourcing. Donovan has been named an HRO Superstar by the Human Resources Outsourcing Association. She writes for industry publications and speaks frequently about global workforce trends and recruiting best practices. Donovan also published “The Future of the HR Profession”, a study sponsored by the Society for Human Resource Management.
