Viktor Calabrò launched Staff Finder, the on-demand staffing platform now known as Coople, in 2009. With 350,000 registered “Cooplers” and 18,000 registered companies, Coople operates in Switzerland and the UK. Together with the social welfare office in Bern, Switzerland, Calabrò in 2018 spearheaded an initiative to reintroduce welfare recipients and the socially disadvantaged back into the workforce through Coople’s platform. Calabrò and his team are also working with GastroGraubünden, a Swiss hospitality and gastronomy association, to build a single directory of flexible staff for the eastern region. Calabrò is the author of Flexible Workforce, which explores the challenges of the modern workplace.

Nick Dunett is CEO of Resource Solutions. As part of the Robert Walters Group, Resource Solutions has a global footprint across 31 countries and sources and recruits for clients in more than 60 countries. He was managing director of Robert Walters Germany and Switzerland and COO of Resource Solutions before becoming CEO in 2020. To support organisations in dealing with demand-surge during the Covid-19 crisis, Dunett and his team this year launched a new service called Rapidsource, which has helped the NHS fill 600,000 shifts, process more than 50,000 expressions of interest, get 17,500-plus healthcare professionals to work and support 45 new NHS trusts.

Tig Gilliam was appointed CEO of NES Global Talent, a specialist provider of engineering talent solutions, in 2014.He joined the board of directors in 2013.Prior to NES Global Talent, Gilliam was operating partner for AEA Investors LP., a private equity firm.From 2007 to 2012, he was regional head and executive committee member of Adecco Group North America. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at PwC Consulting and IBM Global Business Services, leading the global supply chain management practice. Gilliam is chairman of NY-based Work Market Inc., the freelance management system used by businesses to manage their independent contractors.
