In December 2022, Reed was awarded the Commander of the Order of the British Empire for services to business and charity. Reed in Partnership recently launched a new division, Reed Environment, to address the UK’s Net Zero skills shortage by creating one of the largest networks of green skills training providers in the UK. Motohara joined Recruit in 1983 as a sales and marketing associate. In 2003, he became CEO of Recruit Staffing and in 2008, became CEO of Staff Services, the No. 1 staffing firm in Japan, following Recruit’s acquisition of the company. He is a past president of Japan Staffing Services Association (JASSA).

John L. Marshall III has led Adecco’s North America, UK & Ireland, professional staffing region since April 2017. He was the regional head of UK & Ireland from October 2015 to March 2017.

Marshall was a practicing attorney with King & Spalding and AT&T before he joined MPS Group in 1998. He started as deputy general counsel with an emphasis on acquisitions and public company reporting. He was promoted to president of Special Counsel in 2001 and named president of Accounting Principals in 2006. Adecco named Marshall president of its US finance, office and legal business unit after it acquired MPS Group in 2010.

He joined Egon Zehnder in 1999, working with industrial clients in Brazil where he opened Egon Zehnder’s first office in Rio de Janeiro. He then advanced to become the leader of the Brazilian practice while growing it to become the firm’s most profitable worldwide. Camara was appointed to the executive committee in 2009 and later also joined the finance committee. He also led the Canadian practice’s three offices from 2013-2019.

Throughout his career, Goldsmith has served as a non-executive director, mentor and “growth coach” for various recruitment firms across niches ranging from IT and travel recruitment to cybersecurity recruitment and secretarial and administrative recruitment.
