Having earned a doctorate by the age of 25, Camden has been a marketing executive for a bank holding company, co-president of an advertising agency and co-founder of a behavioural research group. He is also a tenured university professor. A recipient of numerous awards throughout his career, Camden is a member of The Committee for Economic Development (CED), the Business Roundtable, and also serves as a director of Temp Holdings, Co. Ltd.

Étienne Colella is chairman of Pixid Group, a France-headquartered VMS provider he founded in 2004. With more than 14 years of experience in the IT sector, Colella previously held several senior positions before entering his current role. Pixid provides a complete SaaS application, compliant with European regulation, for providing and using temporary staff and has developed its growth through acquisitions. After acquiring Amris (UK) in 2016, it bought The Internet Corp. (UK) in 2017 and Carerix (Netherlands) in 2018. Currently, Colella and his team are building a central online platform designed to connect a wide range of HR features.

Martin Foulser is the group managing director of TRS Staffing Solutions and a VP of Fluor Corp. Since joining TRS more than 20 years ago, he has held previous positions of increasing responsibility, including five years in the US leading its North American operations. Foulser has played a leading role in building TRS into the global player it is today, with more than 19 global offices and a contracted workforce of 5,000-plus professionals. TRS specialises in the support of some of the world’s largest and most challenging engineering projects, supplying professional engineering and construction personnel through the entire project life cycle.

Stefan Kölbl is chairman of German firm Dekra SE, which includes Dekra Personnel, the temporary work and training and education division of the company that posted revenue of €650.1 million in 2017. Kölbl joined Dekra in 2000 after working as a management consultant. He became chairman in 2010. Kölbl was appointed managing director of the economically ailing Dekra Akademie in 2003. Within two years, he turned Dekra Akademie into one of the leading training providers in Germany. He was then assigned to Dekra’s automotive services unit in 2006, which has expanded internationally under his direction. He has also served as a member of advisory board at Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg and Baden-Württembergische Bank AG.

Phillip Ullmann is seeking systemic change and a new vision for capitalism as “chief energiser” at Cordant Group. He has led the company for 23 years and in 2017 converted Cordant to a social enterprise focused on putting people before profit and influencing the world of work to help people lead more meaningful lives. Last year, the company influenced some of its large clients to adopt a living wage rather than a minimum wage. It also rolled out apprenticeships and supported a significant amount of work to eliminate modern slavery. The group had revenue of more than £870 million and placed 125,000 workers last year, mostly in minimum wage roles.

Cook led nGage Talent to achieve 20% growth in both net fee income and EBITDA in the financial year to March 2023. The company’s managed service business’ net fee income grew by 45% year over year, while spend under management exceeded £600 million. He also spearheaded the acquisition of Ryalto, where he plans to drive strategic solutions for customers through the company’s fast-developing SaaS offering.

Henrik Höjsgaard has been CEO and president at Proffice AB since January 2014. Prior to joining Scandinavia’s third-largest staffing firm, he had been CEO of Postnord Logistics since 2007. Höjsgaard has a long international career, including as a ship broker in Copenhagen, Oslo, London and Hong Kong. He has also been CEO of Keolis Nordic AB and has had various managerial roles in Sweden and Denmark, including as CEO of TNT International Express AB.

Sheridan trained with Ernst & Young before he joined Robert Half in 1996, where he focused on accounting and finance recruitment, progressing to regional director in 2000 and managing director in 2005. His background in finance has been instrumental in developing and executing strategy, helping the business successfully navigate the challenges of recent years.

As managing director EMEA and ANZ for Hays, the sixth-largest staffing firm in the world with global revenue of €6.5 billion, Nigel Heap is responsible for 14 of the 33 countries in the organisation. In 2012, Heap was appointed UK & Ireland managing director, and in 2017 he was appointed managing director of a further 12 countries in the EMEA region. Over the following 15 years, as managing director of Hays in Australia, he oversaw a tenfold increase in revenue and expanded into New Zealand. He was further appointed managing director of APAC in 2005, leading Hays’ expansion into Asia.
