Bev White is CEO of Harvey Nash Group, a €1.2 billion global technology recruitment, IT solutions and leadership services group with 36 offices across the US, Europe and Asia. Following a degree in computer science, White began her career in technology, holding CIO and IT leadership positions at Schlumberger and NTL (which became Virgin Media). Since 2002, White has combined a passion for technology with a career in recruitment and talent in various leadership roles, most recently as CEO in the UK and Ireland for Gi Group before joining Harvey Nash in February. White believes deeply in the power of people and creating a sustainable culture where people can thrive.

Prior to his current role, Weston was the director for professional staffing across the UK South region, encompassing finance and accounting, financial services, human resources and administration recruitment. Weston started his career with Robert Half in 1999 as a recruitment consultant for finance and accounting; he quickly excelled, earning several prestigious awards including being recognised four times as Robert Half’s worldwide number one consultant. He is a familiar industry figure and is often called on by the media to discuss the current trends affecting the world of work, recruitment trends and advice.

Prior to joining Harvey Nash Group, White was CEO of Gi Group UK.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Ellis has a passion for recruitment and the value top talent can add to growing businesses. Harvey Nash was taken private by its largest shareholder, Dbay Advisors, in a $125 million deal during 2018. The company generated record revenue of over $1.2 billion in 2018 and made two acquisitions during the year. Ellis joined Harvey Nash from Hays in 1998, initially as finance director and later appointed as CEO.

Prior to working with Swift, he was CEO of Talascend, a successful global engineering recruitment agency based out of the UK and Houston.

Nigel Heap joined Hays UK in 1988 as a trainee consultant. By 1997, he was managing director of Hays Australia, and consequently expanded operations to New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia. In 2006, he was appointed managing director of Asia Pacific and has been managing director of the UK and Ireland, and chairman of the Asia Pacific business, since 2012. He has been with Hays for more than 25 years and has successfully led the growth of the Asia-Pacific business. Heap serves as a director of Hays Specialist Recruitment (Australia) Pty Ltd. and the Hays Specialist Recruitment (Australia) Pty Ltd. New Zealand branch.
