A recognised expert on the labour market and world-of-work trends, Prising is actively engaged in the World Economic Forum, including as a steward of the Future of Education, Gender and Work Global System; co-chair of the Regional Business Council on Europe; and CEO champion of the Digital Transformation Initiative. Passionate about preparing the future workforce, he is the vice chairman of Junior Achievement Worldwide, former chairman of the board, and a current board member of Junior Achievement USA.

The independent company ranks No. 37 on SIA’s 2019 list of largest global staffing firms with €967 million in 2018 revenue. Groupe Adéquat aims to develop in 10 countries over the next five years and be one of the largest 25 global staffing companies.

A chartered accountant and also US qualified, Paul Venables was appointed group finance director of Hays plc in 2006 and has helped transform the company into a preeminent global specialist recruitment business with operations in 33 countries. He started his career at Deloitte & Touche as senior manager in its US practice. This was followed by a 13-year career at Exel plc where he held a number of senior finance and operational roles, including deputy group finance director, and was a member of Exel plc’s executive board and chairman of its acquisitions and project review board.

Randstad Germany is the country’s leading personnel service provider with 2019 sales volume of nearly €2.1 billion; under Jager’s leadership it has gained market share for two years in a row in a heavy downturn market. Jager takes every opportunity to improve the image of the staffing industry in Germany.

In 2020, Paul Jacquin co-founded Taptrove Ventures, which invests in WorkTech startups, providing solutions to boost productivity, enable a distributed workforce and improve professional journeys. He is also managing partner of the Randstad Innovation Fund, which he co-founded in 2014 to invest in social sourcing, online platforms, mobile solutions, virtual solutions, gamification and big data analytics. It has since invested in 20 companies and deployed close to €50 million. In the past year the fund grew more than 50% in annual recurring revenue and added US-based firms ZapInfo and This is Alice, as well as ValidatedID in Spain to its portfolio.

Gupta holds a PhD in mechanical engineering from Aachen University, Germany. His career spans more than 20 years in the technology industry, most recently as COO and board member of Schunk Group, a German advanced engineering company.
